Ania’s approach

A gentle, thoughtful approach to yoga and wellbeing

Ania teaches yoga as a long, careful practice: not a workout, not a performance. Classes are taught in small groups so each person is actually seen, and adapted week by week to the bodies in the room. Alongside her yoga and meditation classes she offers craniosacral therapy, classic and clinical massage and the relaxing Hawaiian Lomi Lomi from a quiet room in Honingham.

What people say

"Ania is a fantastic yoga teacher. All poses are well explained and classes are kept interesting with different pose combinations so you are not doing the same things every week. Ania can cater to all ability levels and will simplify poses or make them more challenging depending on your flexibility. She has also helped me by suggesting poses to practice at home to help strengthen my problem areas which has been amazing. I have also been to Ania for clinical massages and she is great at finding all my tight muscles and getting them moving again. Be warned though, you will come home and just want to fall asleep as you will feel so relaxed."

"I love learning yoga with Ania every week - she is such a great teacher, caring and attentive to different needs in the class. I always look forward to her class, and I have found improvement in pain and stiffness since starting this yoga practice. It is so helpful to be able to do it online too!"

"I have been attending online yoga sessions with Ania for some while now. She kindly checks how we are before starting the class and at the end to see how the session went or if we had any issues with poses etc. She sends a video of each class so we can access the entire session again. The video stays live for a week and I find this really useful - in fact it's helped me improve some of my poses/balancing a lot. Thanks so much for the support Ania and the excellent classes."

"I always look forward to Tuesday night yoga with Ania. It compliments my running well, helping with my recovery and enabling me to maintain my flexibility. The 7pm class is aimed at improvers but would probably be suitable for anyone with a decent level of fitness. Each class is different and Ania provides alternative poses based on individual need. She has a very calming presence and I always leave feeling relaxed and re-energised. I highly recommend this class."

"As an older couple new to Yoga we have thoroughly enjoyed our weekly sessions. Ania is very knowledgeable and patient and we feel the benefit in terms of our flexibility as well as our mental well being. The sessions are well balanced, vary each time and we cannot recommend Ania and Blossom Therapies highly enough."
